My background is operational, not academic. Two decades running call centres, building enterprise data systems, managing service delivery at scale. I understand what breaks when a business grows fast, because I've been in those environments.

I get called in when something's wrong and it's not obvious what. I look at the data, the workflows, the people doing the actual work, and the systems underneath all of it. Then I figure out what's worth fixing and in what order.

The tool I pick depends on the problem. Sometimes that's a no-code platform. Sometimes it's a custom integration. Sometimes it's just a well-structured database and a properly written SOP. I don't have a preferred stack I'm trying to sell you.

My goal is to build something your team can run without me. Not to create a dependency.
